So, do you want to groom dogs?  As a recent graduate of AAPOG, I would like to share my thoughts.  School is only as good as its hires and the teachers here are extraordinary.  Big shout out to Eddie Peraza, expert in all things Dog, from years of grooming, teaching, showing, breeding and working with vets.  I was nervous about going to school after a 24 year career, yet Eddie’s humor, energy, kindness and generosity of spirit helped me through.  I would give him 10 stars if that were available.  Also, I need to mention Lloyd, one of Eddie’s grads and trainees, who had a bag of tricks from outside experience.  Yay Lloyd!!! A great addition…don’t kid yourself, it’s hard work!  Yet in a nutshell the whole experience was priceless.

Love this place.  I came to learn the basics and wound up staying for the advanced course.  The staff are friendly the instructors are awesome.  Especially Eddy and Lloyd.  They take the time to work with the students individually their grooming skills are top notch and they try to pass it on to the students.  They also make the learning experience fun.  I looked forward to going every day and didn't want to leave when I completed the course.  If you want to learn grooming, This is the place to go!
